Senior Business Analyst with Dynamics F&O

For our client we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with financial understanding.

Capabilities/experience:
Can independently drive and perform business analysis and process modelling
Hands on Experienced in business requirements elicitation and testing using various tools
Has experience in global implementation – AtR, PtP, OtC - and worked as ERP Business analyst/consultant in Global Roll out (all project phases)
Has strong understanding of Finance, Commercial and Procurement business models, values and flows to design optimal business processes
Has Lean/process improvement mindset and hands on experience in or to drive standardization and process optimization
Provides functional expertise and system knowledge in designing business solutions
Has good communication skills, able to host workshops and presentations for big groups of people
Able to challenge business assumptions and perceptions with focus on value creation and process optimization
Can create overview while at the same time pay attention to details
Able to manage without authority and respect the authority
Comfortable with ambiguity, self-organized and able to work under pressure
Has experience working with various levels of business stakeholders, implementation partners and external consultants
Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics D365 and preferably Navision
Familiar with APQC and BPMN methodology and hands on experience with process mapping in various tools
Experienced in both agile and waterfall delivery approach

Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for Business process workstream
Identifies process improvement opportunities across streams and ensures that the solutions contributes to the establishment of global processes and present minimal customisations
Ensures the solution supports the end to end business processes
Ensures the solution meets business requirements and strategical goals
Promote global standardization
As a part of the Project Core Team, is responsible for the project delivery and performance on time, on budget and agreed quality
Proposes recommendations for the solution to support process optimization, efficiency and data quality
Design and provide recommendation for To-Be processes to the business taking into account any cross functional impact, risks and overall business strategy
Create traceability matrix as documentation for business requirements, support testing and data structure/migration activities
Work closely with solution architect, key business stakeholders (BPOs and Regional Leads) and implementation partner to ensure solution supports business needs
Assist or support the Test manager to develop test cases, quality assurance and final sign off for user testing
Operate as a business partner and advisor, facilitate collaboration

Reporting:
Day to day manager will be the Project manager. Weekly progress reporting is required.
