Provides general administrative and clerical services on department/program/local Business Unit level. Prepares documentation and assists in researching, compiling, proof- reading and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
Main tasks are Project- and Travel administration. Handling administration as commercial correspondence, coordination of internal project meetings, coordination of meetings/bookings at customer meetings and trainings, Visa applications, travel bookings, administration of travel expense reports, registrations of compliance applications, administration of invoices, DHL smaller deliveries.
