We are looking for a Sales Driven Sourcing Partner to our team in Finland.

As Sales Driven Sourcing Partner your main responsibility is to handle entire sourcing processes from lead or request to closing the deal. You will be working with incoming sourcing requests from new clients as well as from existing clients. You will also support our sales with new and existing clients making sure we keep the incoming request flow going.

Overall responsibility/tasks:

  • Responsible for the entire process from sourcing request to closing the deal
  • Responsible for finding and sourcing potential consultants from our existing database of suppliers, professional channels, social media, referrals etc.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and negotiating hourly rates
  • Responsible for compiling accurate and attractive profiles for submission to clients for consideration
  • Maintaining professional relationships with independent consultants and consultant suppliers
  • Extending our client base by contacting and meeting new potential clients
  • Maintaining professional relationships with existing clients by contacting and meeting new buyers
  • Building and maintaining a strong supplier network together with the sourcing team

In your role you will act as an advisor to new clients guiding them through the sourcing process. You will have a strong sales focus not only being able to find the right consultant for each assignment but also have the ability to hunt down new sourcing requests from new as well as existing clients. You will be liaising directly with both consultants and clients.

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Finnish and English both verbally and in written. Our main office in Finland is in Helsinki. You can work remotely from anywhere in Finland, but you need to be willing to travel regularly to Helsinki.  

Previous experience in IT field is seen as advantage.
