Sourcing & Business Operations Partner with Swedish

As Sourcing & Business Partner for our business area On Demand Sourcing (ODS) you will be responsible for the entire process from lead or request to getting the contract signed. You will be working with incoming requests from new clients as well as requests from existing ODS Clients.


Overall responsibilities / tasks:

  • Responsible for the entire process from request to contract
  • Responsible for sourcing of potential consultants via existing database search, professional channels, social media, referrals etc.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and negotiating hourly rates
  • Responsible for compiling accurate and attractive profiles for submission to clients for consideration
  • Maintaining professional relationships with independent consultants and consultant suppliers
  • Extending the ODS client base by calling new potential clients and leads
  • Maintaining professional relationships with new and existing clients
  • Research for new companies to contact as well as continuous contact with old and potential clients
  • Communicating the On Demand offer to potential clients
  • Building and maintaining a strong consultant network on each Ework site
  • Liaise with Sourcing colleagues across Ework sites
  • Handling the extension process for consultants on assignment

In your role you will act as an advisor to new clients guiding them through the hiring process. You will have a strong sales focus not only being able to find the right consultant for each assignment but also have the ability to hunt down new requests from new as well as existing clients.  You will be liaising directly with both consultants and clients and will be working across all Ework sites.

The position can be based in any Ework office in Poland and you will be part of Ework Group Function.
