Business Operations Partner for Ework Group

Ework matches consultants to assignments in most industries and operates in Sweden, Denmark, UK, Norway, Finland and Poland. We have framework agreements with leading companies and currently handle more than 10,000 consultants on assignments.

Your work area is responsible for the existing customers and consultants on assignment, where the overall purpose is to create great value in the existing delivery and develop collaborations through professional relationships, communication and service.
As a Business Operations Partner you have the daily contact with both customers and consultants. You are the key person which ensures that we provide a great service and that we maintain a high level of satisfaction. You will work independently within your scope and role, but also in close together collaboration with other teams throughout the whole organization.

We are looking for someone who have worked in a similar role or have ambitions to, within headhunting, recruitment or sales as their main passion. Furthermore, you are business-minded, actionable and thrive in an outward going role. It is important that you are a person who thrives in a sales and results oriented organization with a high pace. The role places a high demand on your ability to communicate, network and build relationships. Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Independently manage and onboard new deals and consultants
  • Own the prolongation of contracts on existing assignments
  • Negotiate price and contract terms on new deals and prolonged assignments
  • Handle the off-boarding process and contribute to our consultant network
  • Identify new business opportunities at customers throughout relationship building


Work experience and personal properties:

  • You are highly structured, have great coordinating skills and take pride in your work.
  • You are driven, professional, service minded and performance oriented.
  • Passionate about and driven by sales
  • You are not afraid to take on responsibility and initiative
  • It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar role, but we would also like to hear from you if you have the drive and the enthusiasm to take on the responsibility
  • You express yourself well in both speech and writing, in Danish and English
