Client Responsible for Ework Group

Who are we looking for?
You will work in a separate part in the company, building up a brand-new business area together with a dedicated team. The business will be driven with a startup mentality so expect chaos, high paste, passion, and a lot of fun. It’s very important that you can handle and enjoy continuous changes and problem solving, a natural and necessary part in building new business.


As a Client Responsible you will drive all sales activities towards clients and at the same time be deeply involved in developing the whole concept. You will work very closely with other parts in operations, building up a strong sales and delivery is a true team work. You will be responsible for selling a new concept to both new and existing clients, so you need to be a strong networker and be able to build trust and long-term relationships.


You will work with B2B sales where developing new business is the major part of your work. We believe that you have at least three years of relevant experience within sales and that you have a great passion for sales, IT, and business. You will be located in Stockholm but must be able to travel on a regular basis.

 

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound sales
  • Proactively identify and engage with new leads
  • Actively locate new business opportunities within existing and new client relationships
  • Drive the sales process from start to end – take full ownership of the whole process
  • Work towards achieving both team- and individual sales goals and objectives
  • Be a key person in developing the business model and proactively propose improvements that lead to an awesome customer satisfaction
  • Having Fun while doing all the above

 

The position requires that you:

  • are a great listener and have ability to develop and maintain trustful relationships at all levels, both internally and towards clients and consultants
  • have strong communication skills
  • have innovative and creative thinking, with a flexible and committed personality
  • have at least 3 years of experience from B2B Sales
  • have strong ability to drive business and a “can do” and “want to win” attitude
  • have some background from the IT World/SW world
  • are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
  • are not afraid to make mistakes, and learn from them
  • understands the challenges in working in a startup environment and are willing to face them
  • have a pro-active and curious mindset
  • are a closer with high endurance!
