In the role of Client Responsible, you will be responsible for a customer portfolio consisting of some of our larger accounts and will be commissioned to develop and manage sales within these.
Our portfolio consists of several exciting customers with whom we have had many years of collaboration in the private sector and span over industries such as Industry, Telecom, Retail. There, we assist our customers with delivery in IT, as well as RnD and Management consultants. Your goal is to drive customer development according to game plans and to lead your team to the desired goal, the ideal stage. Your work as a Client Responsible includes, among other things:
• independently identify and qualify business opportunities and development opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
• create, execute and manage customer and activity plans
• support and lead your customer team consisting of both delivery and consulting managers throughout the sales process.
• be responsible for identifying and driving the business forward, both existing and potentially new business
• to conduct customer and customer meetings and conduct tactical and strategic meetings externally and internally.
• be responsible for the framework agreements, including that we live up to the commitments we have agreed with our customers.
We are looking for you who have many years of experience in account management and in strategic and operational sales work in an equivalent role where it is especially about service sales. Furthermore, you have great experience and experience of working with established accounts where processing of both line operations, high-ranking stakeholders and management groups has been included.
You have had forecasting responsibility and been independently responsible for building up, developing accounts and customer relationships and enjoy working at a high pace in a mobile environment.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a natural leader and a team player with a strong drive, and it is natural for you to build and strengthen relationships, whether they are external or internal relationships. As you are solution-oriented and responsive, you also find it easy for you to identify and understand customers' needs as well as requirements.
You may also have experience of working in the consulting industry and consulting business in the past, which is why it is also natural for you to build new and strengthen existing customer relationships in the sectors in which our customers operate.
In this role, it is required that you master Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
