Client Responsible for Stockholm Private

In the role of Client Responsible for Stockholm Private, you will be responsible for some of our larger accounts and will be commissioned to develop and manage sales within these.

Our portfolio consists of several exciting customers with whom we have had many years of collaboration in the private sector and they span over sectors such as Industry, Telecom, Retail. There, we assist our clients with consultant delivery in IT, as well as RnD and Management consultants. Your goal is to drive the accounts according to game plans and to lead your team to the desired goal, the ideal stage. Your work as a Client Responsible includes, among other things:

  • independently identify and qualify business opportunities and development opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
  • create, execute and manage client game- and activity plans
  • support and lead your client team consisting of both Business Operations- and Sourcing partners throughout the sales process.
  • be responsible for identifying and driving the business forward, both existing and potentially new business
  • to conduct client meetings with line managers, stakeholders as well as tactical and strategic meetings externally and internally.
  • be responsible for the frame agreements, including that we live up to the commitments we have agreed with our clients.

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in account management and in strategic and operational sales work or from an equivalent role. You have great experience of working with established accounts where processing of both line operations, stakeholders and management groups has been included.

You have had forecasting responsibility and been independently responsible for building up, developing accounts and client relationships and enjoy working at a high pace in a mobile environment.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a natural leader but also a team player with a strong drive, and it is natural for you to build and strengthen relationships, whether they are external or internal. As you are solution-oriented and responsive, you also find it easy for you to identify and understand client needs as well as their requirements.

Perhaps you have previous experience of working in the consulting industry or consultant companies in the past, which is why it is also natural for you to build new and strengthen existing client relationships in the sectors in which our clients operate.
