Client Responsible for the Public Sector

As Client Responsible, you are responsible for selling our Solutions through interacting directly with customers.

Essential to success in this role is a keen ability to develop new business and to process administrations as well as procurement and major stakeholders within your assigned accounts. Ework offers unmatched support and tools from the public sector, marketing and product development departments to exceed our set goals.

Overall responsibility/tasks:

  • Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within partner organizations; penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner account
  • Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
  • Respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects.
  • Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
  • Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
  • Recommend marketing strategies.
  • Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information.


  • Proven sales track record of success selling services or/and technology into the services markets.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge within the Public Law (LOU, LUF) and experience to negotiate and communicate this with the market.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, and System Development.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.


  • Have led a virtual team of sales-oriented employees,
  • Strong stage presence and ability to engage and persuade
  • BA degree or equivalent and 5+ years Account Management experience in a fast-paced, high-technology environment or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • Shown experience in processes for successful account management including forecasting, quota over achievement, sales presentations, short term, mid-term and long term opportunity management.


To succeed in this role you have to be fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in written. Travel is required
