We are currently looking for a new colleague to our cross site client team working with Ework’s largest client. The Sourcing Partner is responsible for finding, attracting and matching the best consultants to our client’s needs. The work is about ensuring a high quality deliverance while building relationships with both consultants and clients.

 

Your main responsibilities & duties as Sourcing Partner:

  • Find, attract and match the right consultant for assignments
  • Interpret and understand customer needs and consultant competences
  • Negotiate terms, produce quotations and present candidates and solutions to clients
  • Follow up on interviews with customers and consultants
  • Develop and maintain our consultancy network

 

We are looking for someone who have worked with or have great interest in headhunting & recruitment. Furthermore, you are business-minded, actionable and thrive in an outward role. It is important that you are a person who thrives in a sales and results oriented organization with a high pace. The role places a high demand on your ability to communicate, networking and to build relationships. Work experience and personal characteristics:

  • You have experience within sales/recruitment and/or the consultant business
  • It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar role, but we are also looking for someone who have the right enthusiasm to take on the responsibility that comes with the role.
  • Passionate about and driven by sales
  • A team player
