Vice Managing Director in Denmark

  • Focus on developing and expand existing clients (markets) utilizing all Ework offerings
  • Clearly define market/client deviations and need for own/adjusted offerings, way of working and/with current clients
  • Lead and develop together with MD the structure of Ework Denmark
  • Business planning – Create, review and follow up plans and resource plan, incl R15 Rev, QlikView Mercur for existing clients and client development and sourcing
  • Executive client development - meeting clients and internal client governance
  • Develop a structure in order to take in new clients into the existing business
  • Group process compliance – develop the way of working on the site in dialogue with group functions, contributing to further development of Ework way of working
  • Structure responsibility for BO, Sourcing Denmark
  • Driving profitability and growth
  • Oversight budget/forecast process each quarter and year for existing clients


The position requires that you:

  • Extensive sales and business development experience from developing small customers into large customers.
  • Demonstrable experience of building and managing executive level relationships both internally and externally 
  • Are a great listener and have ability to develop and maintain trustful relationships at all levels, both internally and externally?
  • Natural leader with experience from leading teams, take charge, and offer opinions and directions
  • Have a proven track record from managing and developing key customers and closing strategic opportunities
  • Have strong level of communication skills
  • Have innovative and creative thinking, with a flexible and committed personality
  • Are fluent in Danish or Swedish and English, both verbal and written
  • Have a pro-active and curious mindset
  • Are a closer with high endurance!
  • Have a high level of persistence
