Daniel Almgren

Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Almgren joined Ework Group as CEO in November 2025. Daniel has extensive experience from management positions, most recently serving as CEO of the wellness company Medley. Daniel has a background in advanced service delivery and started his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. He later took on leadership roles in the health and wellness sector, including leading positions at SATS and CEO of Marathongruppen. Daniel is also a past member of the Swedish national athletics team and holds a Masters degree in Accounting & Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Johanna Estra

Chief Financial Officer

Johanna joined Ework Group in November 2024 as CFO. Johanna has extensive experience in management and finance positions as well as from the consultancy industry. Previous experience includes CFO positions at B3 Consulting Group, Dedicare AB and Sopra Steria Sweden and Senior Manager position at Deloitte. Johanna holds a BA in Economics and Logistics from Södertörn University and the Royal Institute of Technology.

Joel Sjöstedt

Head of Market Sweden

Joel joined Ework Group in January 2026 as Head of Market Unit Sweden. He has more than 15 years of experience in the consulting and talent solutions industry, gained at Magnit, Workforce Logic, Zerochaos, and Poolia. In senior leadership roles spanning sales, strategic advisory, and complex delivery models, he has worked with global clients and delivery teams. Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Södertörn University and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Stockholm University.

Katarzyna Milewska

Head of Market Global

Katarzyna joined Ework Group in 2015 and is responsible for leading the company’s operations and growth in Poland, Slovakia, and the broader CEE region. She has extensive experience in business development, strategic market expansion, and building long-term client partnerships. Prior to Ework, Katarzyna worked in international consulting firms, where she was involved in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and improving operational efficiency. She holds an MBA from Kozminski University and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Warsaw, with 15 years of professional experience in developing business strategies and managing complex projects.

Tobias Kryss

Chief Operational Officer

Tobias joined Ework Group in June 2023 as Chief Digital Officer. Tobias has held several senior positions in Oracle, Evry, Tietoevry and most recently Forefront Consulting Group where he developed a new business unit focusing on long term customer partnerships within next generation application management. Past experience at Tietoevry includes Head of global service line Cloud, Data and Insight. Tobias studied Information technology and management at Royal Institute of Technology combined with Economics at University of Stockholm.

Karin Antonsson

Chief Commercial Officer

Karin has worked with client and service development within Ework since 2014 and since 2019 she has been spearheading the service development and sales of our Managed Services and of the Vendor Management System, Verama VMS. Karin has a Degree of Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor in Communication from the University of Lund. She has worked in the consultancy industry since 2006.

Staffan Salén

Chairman

Staffan currently works as the CEO of Salenia AB and was previously Vice President and Communications Director of Föreningssparbanken AB and the managing editor of Finanstidningen. Staffan is Chairman of Amapola AB, AB Sagax and board member of the following companies; Strand Kapitalförvaltning AB, Landauer Ltd, Westindia AB, Largus Holding AB and Green Landscaping AB. Staffan has an MBA from the University of Stockholm.

Magnus Berglind

Founder and Board Member

Magnus is the founder of Ework and former CEO. Today, he runs the investment firm Pamir. Magnus previously was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co, New York, and COO & CFO at Mactive Inc, Florida. Magnus is chairman of the board at Allevi Group AB and SchoolSoft AB, as well as board member in 2c8 Business Solutions AB, CtrlPrint AB, e-Avrop AB, Primona AB and Inbox Capital AB. Magnus has a Master of Science in Business & Economics and a law degree from Stockholm University.

Erik Åfors

Board Member

Erik works as an active investor in listed and unlisted companies. Former advisor and entrepreneur in the field of financial communication, also with experience from international corporate finance. Erik is Chairman of the Board at Vero Kommunikation AB and board member in Investment AB Arawak and Calyptra AB with subsidiaries, and CEO of Insamlingsstiftelsen Kvartal. Eric holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Johan Qviberg

Board Member

Johan is working Chairman of the Board in his own company, Quinary Investment AB. He worked previously as a property consultant and stockbroker. Johan is a director of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. Johan holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Sara Murby Forste

Board Member

Sara Murby Forste is the CEO of Orange Business Digital Services Europe. She previously built up Basefarm's Swedish organization, which was acquired by Orange in 2018. Now, she manages Digital Services across 10 countries, overseeing 1500+ employees in Data & AI and Cloud services. From 2015 to 2017, she served on Basefarm's board while living in Paris. She is currently on the board of Link Mobility Group Holding ASA. Sara holds a Business Administration degree from Uppsala University.

Julia Ehrhardt

Board Member

Julia has more than 18 years of experience in banking and finance, with expertise in risk management, treasury, investor relations and finance. Julia comes most recently from Gilion where she was involved from the start and served as CFO. Julia is a board member of Enity Holding AB and Enity Bank Group AB, board member of 0to9 AB and chairman of the risk committee (ARCCO) and chairman of the board of Panamond Group AB. Julia holds a degree in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology
