Ework Group expands its business and talent services in Finland

Ework Group (publ) concluded a successful year with the highest order intake, sales, and operating profit for an individual quarter. Clients’ response to Ework’s offering has been fantastic, resulting in an increase in order intake of 12 percent, to SEK 8,895 million. Also, the number of professionals on assignment grew to 13,500.

For 2023, Ework Finland launches a proactive market plan to continue to support clients in their need for talent. During 2022 Ework invested in expanding the team in Helsinki, moving to a larger office space and preparing to support new and existing clients with an even more comprehensive portfolio of talent solutions.

“We see an underlying need for more cost-effective and flexible management of the talent supply, where we are more frequently entrusted with taking a holistic approach to the client’s need for skills and talent via our Managed Services solutions. This is particularly appreciated in light of rising interest rates and increased uncertainty around economic trends.” States Reetta Rautu, Head of Market Unit Finland, Ework.

In Finland, Ework will focus on expanding collaborations with existing clients, entering new sectors and supplying a full range of services from single consultants to complete Managed Services-solutions. With Ework’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering, clients benefit from increased efficiency, quality and speed, along with cost savings, compliance and reduced risks by consolidating the vendor base with fewer direct suppliers.

One of the more interesting assignments showcasing the benefits with Ework’s MSP was the takeover of Tietoevry’s partnership with third-party suppliers in Poland, corresponding to over 300 professionals. The assignment boosted relations with Tietoevry’s HR division as well as the company’s line managers. The automotive industry, banks, and IT vendors are among some of the foremost sectors where Ework is responsible for the talent supply.

One of Ework’s largest assets is the network of 100,000 professionals that has been built up globally over many years, with professionals active in some 50 countries. Through this, Ework can offer high flexibility with his is a strength, since it increases flexibility as regards to both skills,  and pricing and location in order to provide for various client needs.
